My coaching style is based in relationship. The coaching relationship has specific ingredients - listening - accountability - curiosity - support - action - that join together to empower you to tap into your inner-wisdom and accomplish your goals of being your best self. Consider me as your mental-emotional-spiritual trainer!

What is Coaching? 

  • Goal AND Process oriented…for people who are wanting to accomplish a specific personal or professional goal yet must be willing to enter into a process of discovery to get there.

What Isn’t Coaching?

  • Coaching is not therapy and is never a suitable substitute for therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • A quick fix. Although coaching is goal oriented and future focused it still requires a process, time, and work. It is not my job to fix you, because you are not broken.

Why Work with ME?

In addition to my clinical training, I am a Co-Active™ coach and ACC member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This model centers around the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I bring the gifts of clarity, compassion, and creativity to our work. You bring your brilliance, curiosity, and wisdom. Together we co-create a process to help you move more quickly towards your vision for your life.

My philosophy is that we are meant to be connected in this world. However you measure success, you won’t get there alone. No one does. I am best suited to work with women who are ready to dive in, let go of old patterns, and create meaningful change. You can expect me to be direct, thoughtful, honest, and loving (with a great sense of humor).


The first time I met with Beth Kelley, I knew our work together would be life changing but I never could have imagined where it would actually take me. Six months later, accomplishing the goals I started out with was simply the icing on the cake. The cake itself was a relationship with my creative self that I never could have even known to hope for. Beth drilled down to the essence of my ideal life, way past what I ever thought was possible, and along the way blew apart my hardened and overworked obstacles, and then she made me think I did that work all by myself! This has been the most important work I have done in my life.
