Marisol Solarte-Erlacher is a psychotherapist and wellness consultant. Her areas of focus include posttraumatic growth and resilience specifically related to professional Women of Color. She is also the host of the podcast Resilience and Resistance which highlights successful Black, Indigenous and Women of Color who have overcome trauma and become resilient.
